Let’s be real: I didn’t become a Confidence Coach because life handed me a mic and a spotlight.
I became one because I spent years shrinking, doubting, over-performing, and quietly breaking down while everyone else thought I “had it all together.” I know what it’s like to lead teams while your voice shakes. To succeed on paper while questioning your worth behind the scenes. And I know how exhausting it is to carry everyone else, at work, at home and still wonder when it’s your turn.
I’ve walked the path my clients are on: navigating corporate landmines, dealing with bad bosses and bias, being talked over, underestimated, and overlooked. But I also know what happens when a woman stops shrinking and starts shining.
That’s why I created Renewed Impact, a space for high-achieving women who are done playing small and ready to lead with presence, power, and purpose.
